Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

Can't say enough about how good the Zapiet support has been. I have used the Pickup + Delivery app for a number of years for a seasonal business and the Zapiet Team has been excellent ensuring that setup and implementation have been successful each year. I strongly recommend this service.

Our checkout situation is pretty unique and we initially had some challenges transferring our setup with Zapiet. Support was quick to help us when requested. Jeanette was able to hold our hand the whole way through and like a wizard had everything working. We are mainly very impressed by the support, voice calls, screen sharing and friendly staff. App works great, some Shopify limitations forced some changes/sacrifices specifically when using with a subscription app.

Zapiet has been integral to our businesses specific needs in regards to pick-ups and deliveries. It works so easily with Shopify, it is intuitive to use and if you have issues you can't resolve yourself, the support team are always great and the issue is fixed. We love it!

Meets all my needs, however, I wish the customer support was faster. When you own a small business, often issues arise that need to be fixed quickly or it costs my business money. It can take a long time to get to a human which can be frustrating.

Jayne was fantastic at supporting us when we had an issue.

She took the time to explain and fix the problem and her customer service went above and beyond. We can't thank her enough.

The Zapiet app works brilliantly with our Shopify store, and whenever we have had an issue (normally down to something we have done by accident) the support team is always there to help us fix it quickly.

Very useful app and the best part is ultra prompt customer support. the chat bot guides you the best of its abilities and then they connect you to a human if the case is complex.
My store had a very difficult and complex shipping logic to be applied. Jeanette (CS rep) proved an immense help in setting that up first on her test stores and went over and above to get that implemented on my store. The implementation saved us the cost of using shopify advanced plan.

I've tried 3 other pickup apps and this is the best. Pickup is a teeny tiny part of my business (less than 8 a month- sometimes only 1) so I didn't want to pay for something and I didn't want something too complicated. I'm on the free plan and have been for 6 months. Even though I'm on the free plan, the service has been incredible!

It's easy to set up, works great, and you have help when you need it. 5 stars!

Two other apps I used offered a free plan, but after using them for a few months, they said they could no longer offer a free plan. It felt underhanded since it's still advertised on the Shopify App store as a free forever plan. I think that's just part of their business model.
