We installed Clickpost mainly to give customers more flexibility after checkout, and it’s been working really well. Earlier, our support inbox was full of simple edit requests, but now most customers handle those changes themselves. Definitely helped streamline things for our team.

We tried a few similar apps before switching to Clickpost, but this one was much easier to set up and customize. This app solved a real problem for us. Earlier, our team had to manually handle cancellations and changes, which was time-consuming. Now customers can do it themselves within a set window. The app is easy to configure and does what it says. No complaints so far.
