Infinite Options

This app is good, however the loading time for the variants are very long.

After posting my review, customer support contacted me. They installed a little snippet of code on my page which took less than five minutes. It completelely reduced the loading times. They even edit the style of the variants to match my theme. A+ Customer Service. Would recommend this app.

I contacted shoppad via their chat area because I was experiencing trouble with the alignment of infinite options with my new theme. I contacted Alan Perez and he quickly resolved my issue in minutes, a total guru. I said to myself, this is not going to be resolved until a few days, but he did it in minutes, his customer service was amazing! Def recommend infinite options

Incredibly easy to use and the customer service is next level. Anytime I've emailed in with questions I've heard back within the hour or even within minutes in some cases. I highly recommend this app and also, I paid the small fee in order to get their programmers to do the installation steps, definitely worth it and much cheaper than hiring an outside programmer to do it.

Amazing service! I was confused on how to use this program (I am terrible at computer programming, pretty much anything that has to do with computers etc - it looks like a foreign language to me) I reached out and they quickly fixed my issues and helped me out. Love, Love this app! I sell personalized items, so the option to add text is exactly what I need. They even finished the set up for me with in 24 hrs! I got on today to keep working on my store and it looks like they updated the app- now it's easier to add personalization options, which will save me tons of time!! I had questions and she had immediate solutions! She assured me that I could continue to contact her with any questions I might have and I am sure I will do that in the future!

I found this app a little tricky to set up, but after contacting their white glove support, they handled everything for me! A totally amazing service, fast and efficient. Since they are based on the West Coast USA, and I'm in the UK, I submitted my request in the evening, and the work had been done by the following morning. Would not hesitate to recommend them and their app.

Must-have app for our e-commerce custom jewelry store that hits Shopify's max 100 variants with just our ring sizes. Now, we can use it to also offer customers our many customization options for different ring widths, metals, material inlays, etc. right when they order! It will considerably reduce back-and-forth messages regarding custom options. Also, great customer service!!

The app works well. We use it for product ADD-ON with additional fee (price increase). The ShopPad team is very impressive with quick response. Kayla helped us with some custom CSS code to make it look even better.

Very happy, installed the app and tried to set it up myself but it didn't work out how I wanted. I used the express set up option (Paid $20 on off fee, for the developers to go into my store and set it up and make it fit in my theme correctly) It was done so quickly, and looks exactly how I wanted it too. Would recommend this option for anyone that's not great at coding like me!
