Die App ist grundsätzlich einfach zu bedienen. Man muss sich am Anfang etwas einlesen und ein wenig ausprobieren, aber dann kann man damit schöne und übersichtliche Layouts für verschiedene Optionen erstellen.
Wir hatten bereits das eine oder andere kleinere Problem, bei dem uns aber immer schnell geholfen wurde. Eine kurze Nachricht im Chat genügt, und man bekommt direkt Unterstützung. Dabei wird einem auch anhand von Screenshots erklärt, wo das Problem liegt oder was man möglicherweise selbst falsch eingestellt hat.
Alles in allem fühlen wir uns gut unterstützt. Die App funktioniert für unsere Anforderungen so, wie wir es uns wünschen, und bietet uns die Möglichkeiten, die wir für unsere Produkte benötigen.
