Easify Custom Product Options

I had been looking for a platform for my website for some time that also allowed personalization of my products. I found it, and what amazing support this team provides. I was in contact with several employees, Gavin, Clove, and others. What a greet service!

We had serious issues with this app. It glitched and failed to charge customers additional fees for certain product options. Unfortunately, it took us weeks to notice, resulting in over $1,000 in lost revenue.

After reporting the issue, the team acknowledged a problem in their code and said they had fixed it, but it reappeared later. The second time, we caught it quickly and reached out again. They claimed it was resolved, but it wasn’t.

We also experienced other issues where some listings would break. I asked if it might be related to our theme, but didn’t get any clear answers.

Overall, this app caused us lost revenue, wasted time, and unnecessary stress. When I asked for a refund (given the losses caused by their glitch), they ignored the request. At this point, I don’t trust either the app or the team.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel it’s necessary to warn others.

This app has been invaluable for my small business! Super easy to use and my customers have stated how user friendly my website is. I have chatted a few times when I need some assistance and support, specifically Anney has been super helpful!

By far the best Shopify app I’ve added to several of my stores to date. I love how easy it is to customize the product page so it functions in a more tailored way, rather than looking like every other Shopify store out there. Customer service is incredibly responsive and helpful with any question, and Hannie is especially skilled at offering remote assistance. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to elevate their store’s product page experience.

I have been charged after successfully unsubscribing snd uninstalling. I reached out to their "customer service " submitted everything they requested and they literally never responded back. Just left the chat not saying another word. How is this acceptable. I will be contacting Shopify about this experience. Unacceptable!!! And disappointing!!!

Update: Easify customer service reached out to me personally to rectify the issue and provided me with an apology and a refund.

Great app, fully customizable for our add-on and bundle needs. We had an issue with the price not updating once selecting add-ons and I chatted with a rep who forwarded to their Dev team. Anne responded and resolved the issue within 24 hours without any further communication which was much appreciated. We love this app and how easy it is to use.

Really useful app. Easy to use with lots of options. I am using the mid-tier price plan and find it does everything that I need it to. Customer service is great and has been available to me via chat at all times of the day and night. I have received help from Charles, Mari & Lich at different times and they have all be excellent.

Really solid product! I have been even more impressed with Easify's technical support. I had trouble getting Easify product option data onto my "new order" admin notification. Easify's team was able to log into our Shopify installation, come up with a custom fix, and solve my problem within 1 business day (AND I HAD THE FREE VERSION OF THEIR PRODUCT!). Five stars! Highly recommended. Thank you to Clove and Hanni for the support!

We had been looking for a app to replace our dependency on the built-in variants. After looking through the Shopify App Store, we decided to test the Easify Custom Product Options.

It was easy to setup, but unfortunately, we have an old store theme and some of the features of the app weren't working correctly. I had no hopes to be able to get it to work, but still decided to contact the Easify support.
Anne in support was really quick to answer, and asked to be added as a collaborator to try and fix the issue. She soon escalated the issue to the dev team, which of course made me feel better that I wasn't just being dumb.
A few hours later, I received an email about the issue having been resolved, and after testing, everything was working wonderfully.

We are really happy with the app and Anne's support, this makes our lives so much easier, since we now don't need to maintain all our product variants with difficult pricing calculations, now everything is in a central place where if we change it there, it changes on all of the connected products.

10/10, would install again, thank you Anne!
