I found the app and the whole software really easy to use. Any questions I had were answered swiftly, making the whole integration seamless. Really pleased I switched.

I checked out this app and found that it will be beneficial to my store when the time comes to need the features that it has to offer. I look forward to using Easyship when that time comes.

I am so glad someone came up with an idea to make this app. I have been barraged with requests for express shipping and other choices of couriers. This app literally solve my problem. Easy installation and setup. App usage is completely free. I may be wrong, but I believe the Easyship charges are passed on to customer's, i.e. included in the shipping charges.

TIP: Easyship calculated rates shippings can co-exist with your own shipping rates. This is extremely useful when you want to have an option to offer cheap free shipping as well as having Easyship's express shipping choices.

Also, it calculates Import Tax for overseas customers at checkout. Pretty useful for customers as they know there will not incur any hidden tax cost when their parcel reaches them.

Prior to embarking on Shopify our team was handling all the shipment ourselves. We need to compare rates and contact each courier individually. With Easyship it is a one stop solution where we can compare rates across different fulfillment providers. Now the team can focus on selling.

I dont' like writing bad reviews but my experience with Easyship has been unbelievably bad. I launched my store, got my first order and what do you know? I can't ship anything. Apparently it's a problem at the back end but more than 24 hours later, I still don't have a resolution and have been told by customer service that I'm in a queue. I was also given a run down of the tech team's meeting on a Monday morning (supposedly so I'd know I wasn't first - or a priority). Put simply, I'm paying for a service that I cannot use. I'm in New Zealand by the way - so would definitely recommend that other NZ businesses look elsewhere.

I have been using this apps for few months at paid plan. I don't recommend to people 'cos customers services is low in speed. We received many clients' complaints recently regarding overcharge shipment due to incorrect measurement popping in system (It is quite different than the one we put in ). After several days of contacting CS, bugs still there!

Worked ok until the automatic verification failed after 6 months of using it. Rates were 20% off at best, but often 150% more than going direct to the courier. So be careful not to use the automatic shipping option as you'll pay a lot more.
