Webgility ‑ QuickBooks Online

I've been using this app for about 9 months now and it works great. All the support staff at webgility from setting up the connections with Dave to all the tech personal like Mudasir Z Mir are great to work with. If you have any issues they answer the phone within minutes and help you find the fix.

Himanshu did a wonderful and thorough job assisting my company with getting the data downloaded into Shopify from my QuickBooks POS system. He stayed on the project until all issues were completed. Thank you Himanshu for all your help! We all greatly appreciate it!

This app works beautifully for Quickbooks POS, where no other app does. The support is excellent. Patient, courteous, and efficient. I did not have to wait, and Nikhlesh was extremely helpful, fixing all of my errors and demonstrating how to use the system. I highly recommend this product and company!

We've been using this application for about a year now. It has greatly simplified the data entry process. The onboarding session will take a bit of time but it will be worth it in the end. Their customer service is very helpful and I would definitely recommend this app for anyone using Shopify or Amazon.

Kanishk was very knowledgeable about Webgility and has helped us get set up. We were having a few issues in the beginning as we are wholesalers, so there are some work arounds we had to get situated before the app was fully functioning, but with Kanishk's help it looks like everything is running smoothly.

Every time I have called Webgility, the customer support has been so helpful! This latest time, Mudasir Zahoor went through every step integrating with the newest QB version, product syncing (with Shopify), shipping through Stamps, posting invoices and payments... everything. Himanshu helped me get my orders transferred from my shopify store and to Quick Books. Our antivirus software was blocking the scheduler. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also worked our anti virus software to help prevent this happening again. So appreciate his help and patience in working with me!
