I've been using Ecom Send Pop-up for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for my store. The app is super easy to set up, highly customizable, and has helped me boost email sign-ups and recover abandoned carts effortlessly. The exit-intent pop-up works perfectly, and the targeting options are great for delivering the right message at the right time.

What really sets this app apart, though, is the incredible customer support! This app has the optimum amount of flexibility and user friendliness among similar pop-up Shopify applications. The support is also very prompt, especially considering the app itself is free of charge (obviously they try to push you to some other products, but that's more than warranted for the quality of the app and the support).

We use EcomSend Popups application on our Shopify e-commerce website. It is a very powerful pop-up app that meets our needs for pop-up functions.

Not only that, the customer service is also very professional and friendly. Thank you very much, Mig for giving us professional and efficient assistance. We have a very good customer service experience. If the merchant has pop-up needs, it is highly recommended to use it.

I needed very specific customization options from a popup app, and I'm so happy to report that this app does it ALL! (And for free - big plus).
1) Allows you to customize every element, including spacing, of the popups via easy menu options and a CSS editor for the pros.
2) Allows you to redirect customers to a URL after submitting the form if you'd like.
3) Will add customer tags by overall (e.g "EcomSend Popups") AND also by form (e.g "ES Popup Name: Form A", "ES Popup Name: Form B")
4) And, of course, point #3 syncs directly wtih my email marketing tool so the subscribers can be automatically tracked by form if I'd like. I plan to set up a welcome automation specific to certain forms, and this is perfect for that.

On top of all that, stellar customer support. Tessa responded to my questions almost immediatley, and pretty much helped me set up the exact form I wanted within minutes by showing me where all the options were located that I need.

Again, can't believe this app is free. It truly deserves the 5-star rating.

Just requested some additional features which I believe are very important and not part of the app as yet - adding a timer for the pop-up, and option to close the sticky bar based on a set period where a code may expire so customers don't see that when a code is then no longer active.

There is no posibility to remove the succes status after filling in the popup

Very easy to use and install. Maybe you could develop an additional field to collect phone numbers and date of birth. Then it would be perfect.
