The customer service is very supportive and answers all my questions, however as the app doesn't have dashboard and SKU mapping table, I am doubt if it would run normally everyday, I don't want to know the problem only after my customers experienced the problem, so I delete the app within the trial period.
Having automated integration from Shopify to Amazon fulfillment is truly a miracle. The orders go through every time. Customer service is wicked fast. Cara not only makes great YouTube tutorial videos to help with set up, she'll even answer the phone every time you call and help you with any trouble shooting needed.
We've been using ByteStand since December 2022 and have been so impressed with how easy it is to use. The stand out is the amazing customer service we've experienced. Cara is truly amazing; great communication and always so quick to reply to any questions. ByteStand has improved our processes and saves so much time.
The app is very friendly and easy to install. Customer service is awesome, especially Cara who was my representative. She helped me with the onboard process and recorded some videos explaining how to solve some specific issues from my store.

We're a small $40 p/m customer for ByteStand's app, yet they went out of their way to help configure our Shopify store to automate fulfilment of our Website orders using our Amazon FBA stock. Once you understand how their app works, it's real neat and totally removed our Shopify + FBA integration headache... Highly recommend....
We were facing some major issues that our products couldn't sync the Amazon FBA inventory correctly (all products shown all out of stock on our website), the Bystand support team was giving a prompt reply and provided a professional support right away, really glad we chose this APP for our MCF.

Hello Cara, Thank you so much for calling me back today and helping me understand the setup process for ByteStand's FBA Shipping. Specifically the workaround to switch my products from amazon_marketplace_web and the fact that I will need SnapSync... :) Again, I really do appreciate the personal support and Shopify setting verification... I used this app to fulfill my shopify orders through amazon fba. It not only save me money on the shipping but also freed up my time to focus more to grow my business. Setting up the app was easy once you follow the video instructions and Cara was always available ready to assist if needed. Great experience overall all and saving $$ is always a plus.
