Merchants describe this as an intuitive drag-and-drop page builder for product, landing, collection, blog, and home pages, offering far more design flexibility than Shopify’s native editor. Many report faster workflows, higher-converting pages, and strong performance on mobile. GEMX A/B testing, AI content/SEO tools, and smooth integrations are appreciated. Support is repeatedly praised as fast, patient, and highly skilled, often providing custom code and store-specific fixes.

The app is fantastic and very intuitive to use. It costs substantially less than the competition, and the support so far has been 10/10. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for an all-in-one builder.
Customer service was great. Tony, Mona and Anita were all very helpful and prompt and resolved my issues quickly!

Really great app. Tina was very helpful getting my questions answered! :)
Great for designing pages, and the customer service is amazing, available all day and solved every issue and question I've thrown at them.
really helpful customer service! I was struggling to get my page all set up, but they really walked me through everything!
Best builder for Shopify, customer service is best from all apps that I use hands down. Highly recommend them over anyone else!
It keeps on crashing never saves my work and has tons of extremely irritating bugs and glitches.
Great app so far and much more extensive than shopify editor. Way better than editing liquid files and templates. Excellent and friendly support too!
