Merchants describe this as an intuitive drag-and-drop page builder for product, landing, collection, blog, and home pages, offering far more design flexibility than Shopify’s native editor. Many report faster workflows, higher-converting pages, and strong performance on mobile. GEMX A/B testing, AI content/SEO tools, and smooth integrations are appreciated. Support is repeatedly praised as fast, patient, and highly skilled, often providing custom code and store-specific fixes.

This app's support is great - really quick solutions when things go wrong. The app in general has improved over the last year with new features and updates. However, it can be glitchy at times but this may be because we work on a complex theme. With simple Shopify themes, this app would be great and it really easy to use.

We recently started using this app. It has so many features and is allowing us to make a great-looking site. The customer support is amazing, they are supper responsive and go above and beyond to help with any issues.
Thanks very much for your balanced and fair review. We're happy to hear that you find GemPages helpful. Feel free to let us know via our live chat channel. We would be happy to check and make it right for you!
Not a big fan of page builders typically - always better to build out your pages manually in my opinion. However, Gem Pages are great for people who need to produce landing pages and blog posts and they lack the technical knowledge to code these pages.
It is easy to use and builds beautiful landing pages and blogs. So why 4 stars? I would have given it 4.5 if it was possible. The only negative I have with Gem pages is a lot of the code that does not follow best practices for SEO. While this would have been a non-starter for me, the Gem Pages service team is great for editing the changes that we see fit. They communicate well with you and have solved all my issues same day as requested. I have mostly dealt with Walter, but the rest of the team is great as well.

THE BEST APP i've ever used!!!!
I tried many days to find the best for me and i have no words about this app and Chris! He is always there to help you for every issue!!!
I LOVE IT!
We have found this app to be very useful for our website needs. Chris is very responsive and though the app has some bugs, he always is quick to try and fix the problem and is willing to work with you. The app is also truly responsive to mobile devices which is a plus. The drag and drop features are easy to use and he is always adding more features. Overall very happy with this app.
Very intuitive app/builder for customising and creating new shopify page layouts. Nick and the team are very responsive and help with any queries. Would definitely recommend purchasing if you require customising layouts on your shopify theme.
The UI is very well designed and easy to use, and the ideal builder for shopify compared to other rivals.
The best App to design your Shopify website!!!!! Amazing Support! Super recommended!! Moshik
This app is populated with some awesome features and widgets that make our pages look great. Any issues that you have with the app are quickly fixed by Chris who has amazing customer service skills.
The app allows you to quickly and easily create beautiful pages with rows and columns which can be populated with sliders, images, products, parallax backgrounds etc. My home page was created with this app and I absolutely love it! I was able to create such a colorful layout with this tool.
Check it out for yourself! www.seedneeds.com
Also, a shout out to the creator(s). Great job guys!
We just started using this for our business, we have always wanted to make responsive pages designs and have always found that we needed to turn to a developer, well no more.
Thanks to this no1 app we have managed to create slick cool, selling landing pages.
The support team is also brilliant! Thanks guys.
Absolutely amazing software and an even better support staff. Chris responds in less than 5 minutes usually and is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the software and shopify system in general. I have used other drag and drop page builders and this one is by far my favorite, it even generates custom css pages for each page you build allowing for advanced customization of your site's CSS (huge deal for me as I am a wordpress and raw html person). Thank you GemPages for being awesome!! Keep it up!
