Merchants describe this as an intuitive drag-and-drop page builder for product, landing, collection, blog, and home pages, offering far more design flexibility than Shopify’s native editor. Many report faster workflows, higher-converting pages, and strong performance on mobile. GEMX A/B testing, AI content/SEO tools, and smooth integrations are appreciated. Support is repeatedly praised as fast, patient, and highly skilled, often providing custom code and store-specific fixes.

I have found Gempages very easy to use and the support staff very responsive and professional. I would recommend this app to anyone looking for a user friendly experience.
Great app and very simple to use. The team at Gem Pages do a great job answering any questions you have. I had a couple of tweaks I needed to be made and they were on it straight away! :)
This app is amazing for improving the look and feel of your e-commerce store, even if you can't code. Highly recommend
I am in love with this App. After fighting with Shopify themes and Shogun to build a website that does what I want it to, I switched to GemPages. My site wasn't loading so I contacted service and had the BEST customer service experience. On a Sunday night at 7:00 PM Chris and Janie jumped in to help me and had me fixed in no time. I would give this app 10 stars for ease of use and support, if it was an option!
A fast and easy way to make fantastic pages, that the standard shopify editor just doesn't do. Customer service is responsive and I am happy with GemPages for sure.
This app does everything and then some... for way cheaper than the nearest competitor. I have worked with all types of WYSIWYG editors (Divi, Shogun, Clickfunnels...) and GemPages is top notch! Not to mention they have a solid support team. I highly recommend them for Shopify.
Easy to understand and maneuver. Fun and cool elements to explore. Just wish we could adjust the mobile display without ruining the desktop display that has been carefully and thoughtfully prepared.
We've tried 3 page builder apps, and this is by far our favorite! It's the easiest to use, and it also has the most capabilities. Very pleased!
Great app and customer service ! Good job guys you've donne an amazing job! It helps a lot to design a lot of pages whitout coding!
Great app, allows you to get creative with layouts but is still properly responsive. Support is very good also.
