Merchants describe this as an intuitive drag-and-drop page builder for product, landing, collection, blog, and home pages, offering far more design flexibility than Shopify’s native editor. Many report faster workflows, higher-converting pages, and strong performance on mobile. GEMX A/B testing, AI content/SEO tools, and smooth integrations are appreciated. Support is repeatedly praised as fast, patient, and highly skilled, often providing custom code and store-specific fixes.

Tina is super helpful. The customer support team helps me a lot in coding and product page editing. Very nice customer service, enthusiastic, patient and polite. Gem page is a super practical and functional page design tool that will definitely impress you.
Very useful app, flexible and user friendly even for those that are not extremely technical. Plus, the support is always super-quick and kind: well done!
The app is really easy to use and the support team is very quick and nice. Thanks for the professional help, especially to Tina from the support team :)
Great customer service and friendly staff! Easy to customize. Would rather use this app than buy a theme!
I think the app is quite convenience for me as I used to build web by WIX, while shopify is handicapped to customize without coding.
Thanks for the fully support by Tina and their team. :)
Staff always goes above and beyond with their solutions, they can even help you with issues you may face in the Shopify theme code

I've been using this app for a year. I am very satisfied with the features, quality and the support. I use this app for customizing the product pages and making the landing pages for promotions. They supports us to make our ideas come true.
by far the best detailed editor on shopify as I've tried all the other editors. Would definitely recommend.
Great app to have flexibility in designing pages. If you get the hang of it, it's easy to work with and accurate. Service is good, Tina and team are doing an utmost job and sorting out almost all of my questions.
Would recommend this app.
