I absolutely love the customer service from GemPages. This is the second store I use GemPages for, and they have always been absolutely outstanding. I would use this app for any serious store in the future.
You can simply create anything that you want in it. And if you don't find what you want, they are always happy to jump on and create it for you, which goes above and beyond what you would expect from an app.
Although I have been setting up a few basic sites for myself for the last year, I wanted a few better templates to take one site up a notch. I really liked a few examples GemPages had but was struggling with a bit of the code to make certain items display in a particular way. Dzung jumped in and was able to help me navigate through an issue with Shopify syncing and then answer my questions about the product pages I was building. The direction was simple, the examples were what I was wanted, and I was able to get it all completed in the same day! Excellent customer service! I do hope that they make it easier to simply choose from lists of things like metafields in the future, but I was able to get what I needed fairly easily.
Surely the best Page Builder on the market. It has everything you need to have. You just have to spend enough time learning GemP.
