This is a superb app for corporate gifting and for allowing your customers to send gift messages with their orders. For years we had been frustrated with utilizing spreadsheets to enter orders into Shopify, and it was a labor intensive process.
By adopting Giftnote, we've been able to offer our customers a self service portal to place their multi-recipient gift orders. This reduces our small customer service team's involvement in the process, while also allowing easy payment with our processing rates through Shopify Plus.
