Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

Look, my review is entirely about the customer service team. Seriously, their customer service team is absolutely phenomenal. The app wasn't showing on my website, so I messaged them on the weekend, expecting a reply on the next business day, but nope, they literally replied right away and solved the problem throughout the weekend, constantly remaining in touch with me. S+ customer service.

We have just implemented this app on our new site. We had some initial issues with the menu not responding on mobile dvices, however the team at Globo were able to fix this for us in a timely manner. The menu looks fantastic & works perfectly now! Highly recommend this app as the support team actually cares (unlike some others) & the UI is easy to navigate to build your menu & publish to theme.

Awesome app! At first I was annoyed and overwhelmed with the app because there is a slight learning curve, but after I got the hang of it, I realized how amazing this app is and the unlimited potential. I have nearly 1000 skus in my furniture store, and this truly makes a huge difference in navigating it. Support is quick and very helpful. This app is worth every penny. I had a great experience with the Helpdesk support. I don't think the menu builder is 100% intuitive and there were some bugs I couldn't figure out on my own (especially as a free user). The Helpdesk guys were more than willing to exchange 10+ emails with me to get the outcome I wanted! So even if the product is great but the tools are not 100% awesome their Helpdesk is more than willing to get you to where you want to be!

Recently installed this app, was happy with it so paid for the one year subscription plan, now I'm noticing that on some browsers it's not displaying properly. Tried contacting you guys a few times, but no response. Will re-rate this once problem has been looked at. Thanks UPDATE: After leaving the above review, I was contacted directly by their CS within a few hours, and they have immediately fixed the problems I was facing.

6 Stars app!!

I looked at all mega menu applications and download 2 and the support wasn't the best at all. Globo Mega menu was my last hope and I regretted that I didn't add the app from the beginning of my research. Very easy to use and It doesn't require that much of time to build an attractive menu. Beside that, the support team are experts - they investigate every single issue and fix everything in less than an hour. Highly recommended!

Our shop has now been using Mega Menu for one year. We love that this app has allowed us to offer our very broad selection of products in an easy to use drop down menu. We like that we can easily add photos to some of the drop down categories if we like. Recently we had an issue and needed to get support. Our issue was quickly addressed and we were able to solved our problem with the instructions provided. Thank you! Love your product and support.

I recently was looking for an app to create a mega menu on my website and found quite a few options. Most of the apps I tried didn't work out very well or had poor usability. Then I tried Globo Mega Menu and now I will not be switching to anything else. I easily set up the menu and then encountered an issue with styling. I reached out for support and within 3 business days the issue was resolved. Great App! Great customer service! Highly recommend for your site!
