I have been using Globo Mega Menu for over a year now as I have begun migrating several stores from an older platform to Shopify. This is simply the best, most configurable and easiest to setup menu app available.

The menus are sharp looking, easy to work with and very powerful. This kind of menu interface is the gold standard for E-commerce platforms.

The customer support that comes along with this app has been second to none. They've really gone out of their way, even doing custom CSS modifications for me to get the look exactly the way I wanted it. They're fast, polite and they take customer service seriously.

I think this is a great app, especially because of the free features that are offered.
The other Shopify menu apps I tried were nowhere near as generous with their free features.
Unfortunately I had some problems because I had some previous code manipulation on my theme, and the menu wasn't loading.

I reached out to Globo for help, and with every email I sent, Sarah promptly emailed me back.
She helped me with just about every step in developing the look I needed for the website, never making me feel like I was asking too much.

The time I spent emailing Sarah was a pleasure. She really made me feel like I was messaging an old friend, so I wanted to write this review.

I needed a new menu with a better organization for different categories of products. My theme's default menu system is not suitable for classes different products groups nor is it capable of sub-level menu.

The only option I felt I had left was to hire developer (enormous costs) or change theme (very time consuming). Choosing the cheaper but timely change of theme, I consulted Shopify support who recommended me this app.

I can say from its promotional videos and image, it does exactly as offered and even the free option is better than my theme's default one.

After setting everything up and testing it on a backup theme, I did come across some problems. However, what really made me give this 5 stars is the amazing support Helen gave me. She answered emails within minutes and got her team to fix everything for me in no time.

I am very very pleased with the customer support and fully recommend this app.

I had the best support Ive ever experienced with shopify apps, Sarah was amazing. She responded so fast to my questions, with excellent explanations. We also needed some custom coding to get the menu on our website which they did for free. The app is not hard to learn. It has amazing flexibility. It loads fast and looks great. I like that I can design the menu on the back end and then push the design changes to the website when ready. I also really like being able to add images and icons. You can add labels in the menu such as New or On sale or Popular. It really stands out and grabs attention. Enormous flexibility in terms of its functionality means its going to suit nearly everyone. I love that we can mirror Aliexpress menus which I find are simple for customers to use especially for stores with lots of products, and obviously its a highly successful design. I like the categories drop down too, really stands out. I highly recommend this app and the team behind it.

In using Mega Menu app, we've encountered some design requests that where needed specific to our visitors. Mega Menu staff helped make these customizations quickly and accurately and made our experiences with a Shopify App Developer stellar. Other app devs should definitely take note.

I used to have bacon mega menu - god it was complicated to setup and maintain. Then I move to buddha mega menu which was good, but I wanted more features and better UI. Globo mega menu gives it all, reasonably easy menu setup where I dont have to tweak with the menu names and codes like the bacon mega menu but intuitive editing. Support is great on their chat window within the app, usually immediate response during their working hours.
My only gripe is that setting up the spacing and images under a main menu item etc has a learning curve, and screwing up sizes means deleting the sub menu (or top level menu item) and creating again. No way to go and adjust a little and see the effect. But that is ok for something you dont edit frequently.

WOW! This app really is amazing! For years, we have had a very basic menu and we realised that, with a lot of products, customers were finding it very difficult to find the product they wanted. This app has solved that! In a few hours, we have been able to create a brilliant mega menu that catergorises all our products perfectly, and actually helps us to manage our store better also. Even more importantly, the app support is amazing! There were certain bespoke changes we were not able to make but the team at Globo assisted us immediately and we now have specific design changes that fit our store perfectly. The best thing about this app is the ability to add products in the menu, so you can show off your best sellers in the menu! Menu only working in mobile but not in desktop.Is there any setting to show menu in both mobile and desktop.Can you help me with this.

The design aspects are simply amazing. Nothing a coder can do for a fair price, but you guys should offer a flat rate/yearly rate. App after app these monthly bills add up, it's relieving to purchase out front. 5 Stars.
