Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

I used this app to create a mega menu on my site because the theme I bought did not have a built in mega menu. There was a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, especially with getting exactly the formatting and colors I wanted. But once I got it finished, it looked great on my site. I did run into a bug and reached out to Globo for help and they fixed the issue quickly and they were very responsive and helpful. So now the menu works perfect and looks great.

This app, and the excellent team behind, are fantastic ! easy to use, perfect fit, run smoothly ! I need some answers, and the Globo team is just amazing. I chat with Emma, perfect service, quick and very professionnal ! You need a professionnal menu, a little or a big ? Don't spend your time to search another app, Globo Mega Menu is THE app-menu you need. And the interresting thing ? The free version is absolutely complete and work like a charm ! I installed the app and it didn't work...

Obviously, with some many themes in the market is really hard to be compatible to all of them. But I wrote a quick email and in 10 hours, someone from their team fixed the menu and fixed the responsiveness... now i will start to develop our complicated menu but the app is great, the most functional in the Shopify store (and believe me, i have installed and uninstalled all of them)

Update: Sarah is just awesome. Ran into a glitch I couldn't fix and the support was incredible. I love this App. We wanted the shopping experience to be easier to navigate, and to allow the user to be able to find exactly what they are looking for. Globo and the Mega Menu achieved exactly what we wanted and when we had a question about changing something, Sarah and Globo were able to help us promptly and efficiently.

I have the professional full plan. Ive been using this app for years. It has been great consistently up until yesterday, when all the menus...disappeared. Imported menus were also showing up blank. I contacted customer support, got a response about a few hours later, and after communication they were able to get everything fixed within 24 hours. My suggestion to anyone using this app is to create an export file every time you make you changes, which also helps tech support if or when they need to get things back on track for you. Thanks again Globo!

I have been in business 26 years. MOST of which online - literally since the internet came into existence. Its incredibly rare to get the unique blend of awesome app with awesome support. This is one of those rare commodities. If it works straight from the box - great. If it doesnt and you uninstall it - its totally your loss. The support is second to none so the only weakness is you and your imagination. So if you have the vision for what you want to create and you have the belief, you are working with brilliant people? Updated review: shortly after I posted a negative review because of a lack of customer support, their team reached out and helped us investigate the issue. Unfortunately, an update impacted our legacy account and because we were on a free version, they didn't seem to bother updating older versions. Ultimately though, we got the issue resolved and Sarah from support was awesome. Keeping one star back because I wish they would have notified that the update was going to happen. A recent upgrade to the app made our menu stop expanding on hover. No access to support -- I would not recommend.

Like has been mentioned, the app is currently not working at all. This seems to be the case for other menu apps out there, though, so I suspect that it is tied into a bigger problem (DoS on menu apps?) I would have given one star, because they haven't responded to my inquiries either, but they are probably frantically trying to get the bigger problem resolved. I will raise the stars to 5 when the issue is fixed. In the meantime, I have to update my Debut theme menu. And it is ugly.

UPDATE: the menu is now working, but they still have not responded to my inquiry. The remaining star will go up as soon as I hear back.

I have been using Globo Mega Menu for over a year now as I have begun migrating several stores from an older platform to Shopify. This is simply the best, most configurable and easiest to setup menu app available.

The menus are sharp looking, easy to work with and very powerful. This kind of menu interface is the gold standard for E-commerce platforms.

The customer support that comes along with this app has been second to none. They've really gone out of their way, even doing custom CSS modifications for me to get the look exactly the way I wanted it. They're fast, polite and they take customer service seriously.
