Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

Support is fantastic at helping out with issues and explaining step by step what needs to be done. I had an issue with products not generating errors and they helped me out with ease and explained what the root cause was and how to fix. Also helped by providing additional functionality in the app. Highly recommend.

I was worried about migrating from Google's proprietary app, but the team at Simprosys made the transition a breeze. They gave me an hour of their time, helping to clean up old scripts that might conflict with their conversion tracking tools. This has been a great app until it disconnected the shopping feed for no apparent reason. We did not realize for a day or so and when it reconnected it connected to the wrong catalogue which also went undetected for a day or so. We are 2 weeks on from that now and we are still trying to get back the lost ground with FB and google shopping. Our sales have dropped by at least 50% because of this fault that Simprosys as been unable to explain except it was some sort of a glitch :(

One stop application to sync your product feed to all advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta ads, XML feeds etc. They also provide prompt chat support for setup or any other assistance. Would strongly recommend to all Ecomm websites.

This app is worth much more than what they ask. So many integrations that work flawlessly. On top of that the support is amazing. Dharmendra helped me configure everything from Google Analytics to Facebook and Pinterest. Don't bother struggling to configure the app and accounts. Just ask for a 30min meeting and everything is set up by Symprosis. You can't ask for more. I'm reaching out to share a concerning experience I've had with the Symprosys app, and to caution you against installing it on your Shopify store.

This app has caused severe disruptions for many businesses, myself included, by leading to the loss of Google Feed in Merchant Center and, in some cases, resulting in accounts being banned from Google Ads. Despite these significant issues, it's astonishing that Symprosys is still active on the Shopify platform.

What's even more troubling is the app's vindictive behavior upon subscription pause or uninstallation. Users have reported that Symprosys maliciously deletes their Google Feed as a way of "thanking" them for using the app. This is not just a betrayal of trust but a deliberate sabotage of your Google presence.

Please heed this warning: do not install the Symprosys app on your Shopify store. It's imperative to safeguard your Google control and avoid the potential harm this app could inflict on your business.

Excellent app and support experience. We have been using this app for almost 2 years now. We were using Data Feed Watch before, but this app is better, and cheaper as well.

After I made a mess of my Facebook pixel integration after migrating from the native app the team were quick to help me get it resolved. Incredibly patient customer service that took the time to explain everything at each step of the way. This app is incredible value and allows us to better manage our shopping feeds with more features than the standard Shopify Google/Facebook links.

I am super impressed and happy with the Simprosys Google Shopping Feed. It was pretty easy to setup and get my product feed to Google Merchant Center - including defining rules to remove out of stock products and certain product categories I didn't wish to send. And when I ran into a snag due to the product setup for the identifiers, the Simprosys support was responsive in not only explaining the solution but then in actually running the cleanup needed on my feed to resolve the issue. I highly recommend for both the product and their support!
