Bcp de fonctionnalités, nous ne les utilisons pas tous. Le gros + : le SAV est très réactif et très arrangeant, ils nous ont bcp aider pour le set up et les correctifs de bugs. merci !

Love the app. The support team is great. They are always ready to help and they reply very fast. Just perfect! I recommend this app.

I have been using Growave's loyalty app for some months already. I gave 5 stars before because the technical support team (Tina and Alex) was amazing but suddenly the support team was changed and now it takes hours to get an answer from the support team. Sorry Growave but we customers evaluate an app not only for its technical features but also for the support we get from the team behind the app when it comes to questions or issues.
Update (2023-01-19): I was contacted by the lead of technical support, she apologized and is trying to improve customer service. So far technical support seems to have gotten better but I have not requested too much support lately so I'll keep updating my score based on my experience.
Update (2023-05-04): Customer service is getting better, I usually don't get immediate answers but my questions are answered and my requests are fulfilled within a few hours. Fixing complex bugs that I have reported takes some time but they are eventually fixed. It's fair to recognize Growave's efforts so I'm giving 5 stars now. Keep up the good work Growave!

Very good customer service and nice features! We enjoy using the different features and the team is very kind. We've had a lot of contact with Tina from customer service, and she is very sweet and fast whenever we have any questions!

The customer service is phenomenal, I asked them a lot of questions to change widgets positions, buttons, etc., and they were able to help me out. I still wish the app was more customizable, and that the reviews allowed videos, but honestly you get so many features for a very good price. I love that there are many options for rewards, and the social login!

Points StatusやRedeem Pointsも設定できる箇所が色々あるため、サイト利用の付加価値を高めるのにとても役立ちそうです！そして最大75件の注文までは$9.00というのも、スモールスタートから大きくしたいサイトには嬉しい価格設定だとおもいました。
またスタッフの皆さんも困った時には密に連絡をとって解決にむけて協力してくれるため安心して導入できました。
今回は海外向けサイトでの利用ですが、今後日本向けのサイトにもがっつり使えるアプリだと感じています！

A review from Japan. Earning Points can be set by Place order, Create account and birthday in this app. It's an app that you can feel the added value!
There are various places where you can set Points Status and Redeem Points, so it seems to be very useful for increasing the added value of using the site! And $9.00 for up to 75 orders is a great price for a site that wants to start small and grow.
Also, when I had a problem, all the staff contacted me closely and cooperated to solve it, so I was able to introduce it with peace of mind.
This time, we are using it for overseas sites, but I feel that it will be an app that can also be used for Japanese sites in the future!

App con muchísimo potencial, genial para la fidelización de clientes. Perfect app. When you have a question you can use the chat function. Got a question and I got an immediate personal and perfect answer. 5 stars for me!
