Joy Loyalty Program Rewards

Was looking for a new loyalty app and i chanced upon this. it is user friendly and support folks Candace and Liz were quick to help with my issues. mainly downloaded cause it was free but it seems to work really well.
they allow us to make suggestions for improvement or new features and it seems like they do work on those

I installed the app about 20 minutes ago and have been chatting with the lovely Hana since then. Hana has been helping me set up the app, get the Klavio integration sorted and answer my 1,000,000 questions. Hana is a great support. Love that I have had support from the minute i installed the app. so far its smooth sailing.

I signed up for this app, because is totally free, I needed a little support and a very nice girl, Jasmine has done a great job, she enabled new earning points program for me, also activated unlimited transactions, point expiration and removed AVADA branding from the Reward Widgetsfor me!
Totally recommend to install this app!!

I use this app to help me in my expanding small business. It has all the basic feature of a reward program. Esther reply very promptly on my queries. I hope they can open up more feature like Birthday rewards and also a more complex reward program like member tier reward system. It is very easy to use. Keep up the good work team.

I needed a lot of help with some of the coding for my theme, the process was really smooth and the integration is great too. Drake was really helpful and so was Esther. I was really happy with how easy everything was to set up and customise. Would really recommend it to anyone who needs to add a loyalty programme for their website!

Easy-to-use loyalty program app, fully customizable, intuitive programming and the best customer service! Juliana understood my issue well and solved it in no time.
The only reason I would't give this app a 5 star review is because of the fact that attrobuted points will not be deducted after a return in store, so it needs a follow-up.

We love Joy Rewards. Their customer service is amazing. Someone is available to answer all your questions. It allows us to provide our loyal customers with reward points and store credit. Nice interface and easy to use. One great point for you. Their program is really make sense in redeem part becos they are gen a coupon code for use, it will not affect your main system actually. Really appreciate that fast response and great support compare with some loyalty app even I paid. A little bit crazy and surprise that is FREE here.

Our experience thus far with AVADA has been amazing. Abby is the rep who helped us and she took the time to explain everything, showed us via screenshots how to adjust certain things, and even made great recommendations on new features coming soon. After testing a few different apps, we found this one to be the most user friendly (and cost effective!) app for an existing store. Other apps were difficult to import customers in correctly without duplication of efforts. Sunny helped me a ton in getting everything done the way we needed it without spending hours messing with it! Highly recommend!
