Really enjoying the app so far. Setup have been very intuitive and customization is very simple.

I had a few issues setting up the Joy Rewards app and initially spoke to a couple of team members. However, it was Sonny who truly stood out. He was incredibly responsive, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly understand and resolve my issue. While others tried to help, only Sonny stayed on until everything was properly sorted. The app has pretty much all features that are needed for a rewards app. Prices are reasonable and Hana from the support team was very efficient and helpful.
