Hana helped me with all my questions in terms of which plan provides the features I were looking for such as tier memberships with different multiplier earn and redemption rates. Definitely a good app and great customer service.
Amazing customer service the team are always there to help with any issues and requests which made the set up and installation quicker and smoother! I love an App that has chat support and they are not only 1) responsive and 2) actually help with your questions or needs. I just downloaded Joy and I had a couple setup questions/clarifications and Prakash was on in a couple minutes and walked me through all my needs. I went from a "maybe I'll keep looking at other solutions" to "I'm sticking with Joy" in one chat session. Very extensive setup guide and very helpful support make this a no-brainer!
