Judge.me Product Reviews App

We moved over from another more expensive tool a few month ago. I'm thrilled with the ease of usage and price point. Setup with done very quickly and support was there to help if we needed it. Would highly recommend for capturing and showcasing reviews on your website.

Amazing support and great value, but one major drawback with the app
Martin provided stellar, professional, and lightning-fast support—he deserves all 5 stars! Judge.me genuinely offers fantastic features for the price. My only critique is their policy requiring 50+ natively collected reviews, which completely excludes imports from past apps like Yotpo. While the app's value is tough to beat, this hurdle is frustrating enough that it has me considering a switch to another provider.

Judgeme has been really good for us, simple and great customer support. Needed to resolve a star rating issue for product grid and collection pages, customer support completed the job within 15 mins. Kudos!

It’s been a real pleasure working with the Judge.me app and its support team. We switched after discovering that our previous review app had stopped sending review requests, while still charging us $99 a month. Judge.me is truly the best review app for Shopify stores, and it costs a flat $15 a month, no matter how many requests you send. We use several of its review widgets throughout our store, and they look fantastic. The support team has been amazing with every question we’ve had. The app itself is not terribly difficult to use, but also not intuitive if you are new to this type of thing. However, I just had a fantastic experience with customer service. I imported a bunch of legacy data into shopify and had to figure out how to not have those old orders receive requests for review. The customer service team was extremely helpful and it was not an intuitive fix, so i greatly needed and appreciated their assistance. I was very worried that customers would receive review requests on purchases they'd made four years ago! But thanks to the customer service desk, crisis was averted. I would give customer servcie 5 stars - just 4 for the user-friendliness of the app itself.

Sebastian was patient and clearly explained how the AI summary works, how to remove it without affecting my reviews, and the differences between the paid and free plans. I appreciated his support. My concern remains that the AI service sentiment doesn’t account for merchant replies or how a complaint was resolved.

Judge.me support proved to be exceptionally efficient and hands-on. After granting collaborator access, their team quickly diagnosed a technical conflict between the widget's built-in microdata and the site's centralized JSON-LD schema. They correctly identified the duplicate setting, disabled the conflicting microdata without breaking the visual elements, and resolved the Google Rich Results error seamlessly. Fast, professional, and technically competent support.

Excellent App for Building Customer Trust!

Support diagnosed why three of our products had no review structured data, traced it to metafields that hadn’t been regenerated since install, and fixed it. They also volunteered a correction when their first status update overstated the result, which I appreciated more than the fix. And it was all done in the blink of an eye. Excellent support and service.
