you're paying for the response time, great product, excellent back end, well coded machine that does only good things for your store. Don't sleep on what reviews can do for you on Shopify OFF of shopify with integrations with google store and meta.

I have used a couple of different review apps before and Junip comes out on time! Their pricing is fair and their customer service is top notch. I appreciate the easy to use platform and they are always adding new features.

It has been great using Junip for reviews. I was able to export prior reviews we had without issue, as well as get new reviews from customers. I had to use some CSS to change a background color to match our store but Leah was so incredibly helpful in doing that. They have excellent customer service and are a great product overall. I love the clean look, it totally matches our branding. And makes life easier for me! I'd definitely recommend them.
