Merchants say this app is very easy to set up and migrate from other review tools, with a clean, mobile‑first interface that customers find simple to use. Ease of use is great, love that. Very simple, however, and you can't customize the emails to include links or offer non-product incentives (like free downloads) to users. There are ways to bypass this, such as going through Shopify Flow, but it's not intuitive or straightforward.
I wish there were more features or customizations available, but these don't seem to be available, even on higher paid plans.
We've been using Junip for a year now. It's very simple and intuitive for both us as well as the customers. I have spoken with customer service a few times with questions and they're always available to chat (plus it's a human--not a bot!)

Junip is the best reviews app available for Shopify stores, period. I've used several others in the past, including Yotpo. Even if priced equally, the hands-on support you'll receive from Stuart, Malvina, and the rest of the Junip team, easily put Junip in a class of their own. When you factor in the savings and ease of use, compared to Yotpo, there isn't even a conversation to be had. Switch to Junip if you haven't already, and thank me later.

I had an issue with the app, but customer service was great! they helped me and followed up to amke sure everything was good.
I appreciate that this app for the most part is pretty simple to use and understand. I'm not super tech savvy, and there are some features that take a little more time for me to understand, but that is on me to figure out. The app overall is pretty good.

I reached out to customer services after hours and left them a message with a question. Stuart immediately responded at 10:00 at night and answered my questions and helped me right away. The next morning everything was set and I was ready to go. Great customer service. Will continue to use and recommend them.
