Recently, we raised a support ticket regarding template issues, and Rahul Kumar from their support team responded quickly and helped us resolve it. He also followed up with a call to make sure everything was sorted.

We also had some issues with our catalog, and Shivi handled it really well. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and ensured the issue was properly resolved.

Overall, the support has been prompt and helpful. Recommended if you’re looking for a WhatsApp-focused engagement and cart recovery solution.

I've tried Interakt (decent but missing key features), then Aisensy (worst customer support ever - they just send video links and expect you to solve everything yourself).
