We’ve been using Loox for our Shopify store for a while now and are very happy with the app and its features. It works really well for managing and displaying our customer reviews and gives us the flexibility we need for our store.
We recently had a rather complicated issue with historical reviews that were spread across many old and deleted products. Arielle immediately understood what we needed and found a solution for us. She arranged a bulk move of all our old reviews to the current product, which saved us a huge amount of manual work.
Communication was quick, friendly and super helpful throughout the whole process. Everything worked perfectly in the end. Thank you so much, Arielle! Really great support!
Love that my customers have a easy time finding this on my website and doesn't take up so much space. They are able to rate with stars, pictures or videos and leave a comment :)!
Love the flexibility in choosing which reviews are displayed. Also greatpricing compared to competitors

I'd give zero stars if I could. The "write your review" box did not show at all on mobile. I reached out to support for help and was met with the agent telling me how it does work and I am not refreshing/clearing my cache (which I did several times). She took an extremely long time to respond and couldn't figure it out after almost one hour. Once I complained that it is still not showing for the 4th or 5th time she finally decides to "escalate" the issue. I told her to forget it and I'll just uninstall this app and find a new one that is more user friendly. Loox support is terrible and doesn't know how to solve what seems to be simple issues. I do NOT recommend anyone download this app. Your customers should not have to message you asking how to leave reviews, that isn't a good look for my website and its frustrating. Please look elsewhere.

The only area for improvement is the page loading speed.
