I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Omer V. at Loox! He was incredibly patient, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved. Omer even logged into my admin store to troubleshoot everything directly — something I truly appreciated since I was completely stuck.
His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to walk me through each step made a huge difference. If every support interaction were like this, running a business would be a whole lot easier!
