Hello, I just want to say thank you to Amit T. for his fast help to my problem. He found where was the problem and what I did wrong and after that my problem was solved fast and easy. That was such a relief, because I was already thinking to find another app, but in the same time I really wanted to work with Loox because everybody was saying that this app is the best! I contacted Loox support because I was experiencing issues with the app and couldn’t access the settings. It only allowed me to re-purchase a plan at a higher price than the one I previously had. I reached out to support, and they immediately provided a solution to restore the app in my store while they reviewed the case to offer a more permanent fix.
After a few days, they contacted me to explain why it had happened, reinstated my plan at the original price with all the features included, and compensated me for the inconvenience. Honestly, it’s a pleasure to receive such prompt and efficient support. I wouldn’t leave Loox for anything!
This app has been effective in getting reviews for my site. It has good support too. It is helpful to be able to chat with an actual person instead of a bot. Just had a quick question and Leogen hopped onto the chat within a few seconds to answer my question! Love that.
