Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

I really appreciated how Loox enhanced the trustworthiness and efficiency of my shop. However, I did encounter a drawback when I hit 500 orders and had to upgrade to a more expensive plan.

They did a really good job with the app and the visual. One of my customers had mentioned to me that it was a breeze to leave a review, which is important for a start-up to gather reviews. The customer service is also very helpful. I reached out over the weekend with an issue and Shany from the support team resolved it for us by that Sunday!

Worst app ever, when you choise a low star raiting in their app, they send you to a feedback page, but when you choose a higher star they send you here. Dont use this app they will over charge you!

Love the app and it's features, especially the photo and video review request process. The team, including Jemuel, have been extrememly helpful in getting all my questions answered and help with platform setup and optimization. I left another app that was not producing reviews for some reason and my moving to LOOX we've 5x'd our review submission rate. Definitely recommend if your products are visually dependent and you want an amazing platform to collect and display your reviews.

We recently transitioned to the Loox app for our Shopify store after learning that the Shopify Reviews app would be discontinued. Initially, we were apprehensive about making the switch, fearing the potential issues and complexities that often come with new apps. However, Loox has far exceeded our expectations and made the transition seamless.

The onboarding process was incredibly smooth and straightforward. From the moment we installed Loox, we encountered zero issues. Transferring our reviews from the previous app to Loox was remarkably easy. The app's setup is intuitive and user-friendly, making the whole process a breeze.

Our store's primary language is French, which has been a challenge with other apps in the past. Loox, however, handled this effortlessly. Impressively, the app asks for your store's language during installation – a first for us! This thoughtful feature ensured that we didn't face any language-related issues, providing a seamless experience right from the start.

Integrating Loox with our store was quick and efficient, taking us just about 5 minutes. The app perfectly aligned with our store's branding with minimal effort on our part. Additionally, we appreciated the ability to disable extra options initially and only use the basic features. This step-by-step approach prevented us from feeling overwhelmed and allowed us to gradually explore more advanced options.

The integration with Klaviyo has been flawless. We faced no issues, and the synchronization works perfectly, enhancing our email marketing efforts seamlessly.

Overall, Loox has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store.

I have been extremely disappointed with the service provided by Loox. The technical support team lacks initiative and seems unwilling to go the extra mile to assist their clients. Despite having the capability to offer better solutions, they prefer to take the easy way out, leaving customers to deal with cumbersome workarounds. Overall, the support and service have been subpar and have not met our expectations.

I love Loox but the email reviews that customers can't review right on the email are annoying. it has to take me to the page.

I wish I knew about Loox sooner, then I wouldn't have left all that money on the table in my business.

Their features are fantastic but the best part is their super responsive customer support. Real people reply immediately with the exact answers you're looking for. Rotem, Rain and Sara especailly were so helpful. The setup was unbelievably easy. In just one day I set up our review collecting and referral program because Loox takes care of literally everything else, right down to airtight terms and conditions that they have already created. I have GORGEOUS branded emails that I KNOW will increase our revenue. This app is worth every penny.

The app is very easy to use! We switched from the Shopify default product reviews app after they discontinued it. Loox is very user friendly and importing from the Shopify reviews app was a breeze.

Very impressed with the App so far! Had a few issues with our vintage theme and adding the widgets but Sara was very helpful getting it all up and running! Can't wait to see how it performs, a really good upgrade from our previous ratings App. Thank you!
