Loox reviews is pretty easy to use and has been designed well to do exactly what it says. It has brought in many reviews since we started using it and the best part is once it is set up it requires virtually no thought on my part.

I've been using Loox for 1 month now and I love it. Easy to use and I love how it helps with upsell and how easy and convenient it is for customers to give reviews!

Almost the reviews app I needed. Here's what's missing:

- You can't customize the font-family or font-size. You have to settle with a Google Font, not the one used on your website. This will make the widget look like it's a separate service.
- You can't send multi-lingual email except in the languages they support (around 15). If you need another one, tough luck.
- You can't customize the color of the font used. The font will be black regardless of the color you use on your website. Again, this makes the widget look like it doesn't belong there.

Been using Loox for about 2 years, this is our first review.

Recently, we were having some issues integrating the reviews widget into an updated theme, and there were some code changes I was unable to spot or make on my own.

Laurence assisted promptly and got the issue solved in a few hours, great support there from Loox.

We have been using this software for a long time, and their functions are also updated with the times. Recently, I encountered a problem with the upsell function settings. Liz responded to my question very quickly. I recommend this software to you.

Seamless Integration and Beautiful Design

We've just added Loox to our website, Light of Harmony Candles, and we're already impressed. The integration process was seamless and hassle-free. We were sort of caught in a bind after Shopify notified us that their review app was being discontinued. Just before that, our 3rd party developer became unavailable, so it turned out to be quite the learning experience. As suggested by Shopify, I exported all our customer reviews to a csv file for safe keeping and proceeded to evaluate replacement apps. During that process, I discovered that we are using a "vintage" theme, which is a theme that is not compatible with Shopify's current 2.0 platform. Even though our vintage theme performs fine, it makes upgrades more difficult because you sometimes must modify the code yourself. Anyway, I followed their step-by-step instructions, and the install went smoothly. The app also includes an option which allows you to email your exported reviews file to them for mapping. They mapped it so it would import it correctly and sent it back within minutes. Everything is now working fine, and we are learning how to take advantage of all the built-in tools to increase our sales. Thank you Loox, and I recommend!

In my experience so far, the loox app doesn't cause as much page load delay as competitors like Yotpo. It's also slick and looks great.
They also have great support. Hats of Tal and Shany for fixing my issues and helping recover lost reviews. They really go above and beyond.
