Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

2023: Works great. Maybe a little early to draw a cohesive conclusion, but compared to the reviews app in Vitals this works much better, both on the customer end (adding reviews, getting reward, receiving mails), and administering and displaying the reviews.

UPDATE 2025:
We contacted Loox to get a feedback on why they haven't informed us clearly enough how much the additional orders would cost us or why the haven't moved us over to the Unlimited plan.

Since this isn't displayed clearly in the app itself, only when you go through the Shopify bill this hasn't caught our attention until now, leaving us with a total bill to Loox this year at $USD 9959.76…

On their website or in the app itself they do not inform users about the "Unlimited" plan (299$ per month) that is shown in the Shopify App Store.

When I flagged this to the chat support I was very quickly stopped and moved over to email and the chat was reset.

So if you're wondering why Loox is doing so well?
Look for the fine/hidden print in the plan.

The app works amazing, is so useful, and it has different presentations to show the reviews, it is customizable. I love it!

Love loox. I was using judge.me before, and it was hard to implement and it isnt as well integrated with other loyalty apps. Loox is easy to integrate with other apps, works seamlessly with your website, and saw immediate results!

Had an issue with the star rating but Ilyn immediately helped me sort the issue out and now its looking great as I intended

Loox customer for 6 years now - recently had reason to contact Loox due to replacing a legacy theme to one of the latest shopify themes (which require different methods of customisation), after some time struggling to incorporate the loox app, reached out for support.

Omer spent several days, helping to customise the app and it's functions within the theme. He was extremely patient - despite my own lack of knowledge with the theme - coming back several times. Was never made to feel like a pest, just welcoming to offer futher support if needed at each stage and help me become better familiar with how these new themes operate.

worth it! building credibility via reviews is everything when looking for new customers. the widgets integrate well with our theme and present the reviews beautifully on our site. the dashboard for managing the app is easy to navigate and gives plenty of control

I'm only 24 hours or so into using the software but I have to say, I'm already loving it.

I did a bunch of research comparing several of the major Review apps (Loox, Okendo, Judge.me, Junip, Stamped, etc...).

My single biggest criteria was user experience for both myself (admin side) and my customers (reviewer side), and after seeing LOOX's demos it felt very clear.

24 hours in and I can say I feel like I 100% made the right choice. The setup is smooth as butter, widgets and media/content look great, and the leave-a-review flow/experience couldn't be better.
