I have been using the Loox app for over a year now and it is worth every penny in my opinion. It works so seamlessly and have never had an issue with it. Rain helped me with fixing my review rating showing up on my collection page because my theme takes it away every time I update the theme. I'm not great with coding so she was able to go in and fix it and fast! I'm talking less than 30 minutes response time. They always do a great job with helping in a timely manner. Thanks Rain!

These guys go above and beyond every time. I'm a consultant for a handful of online retailers who want to kick ass in e-commerce. I noticed the structured data markup wasn't dialed in for reviews and contacted Loox for help. They not only knocked it out quickly but it was done right and...they fixed some of the other junk schema code in the template that was preventing Google from ranking the site! To clarify further, some of this was lazy or incompetent development from the theme developer that Loox just fixed up quickly. I have a ticket in with Volusion right now to solve this same issue and they have already taken a week to just get back to me, lol. Loox solved this within 24 hours and google is already seeing the change! I coach my ecom clients to strive for excellence, these guys are a stellar example of that. And no, I'm not affiliated with them at all, I'm also not generous with my reviews. I'm just super impressed. This is one of the few companies that provide a great product and truly deserves your business.

An excellent app packed with features that continues to evolve and improve. One of the greatest benefits we've experienced is the trust it builds with potential customers. Seeing genuine reviews, customer photos of products received, and personal recommendations gives new customers the confidence to purchase. UPDATE 08/08/2024 Loox app has suddenly stopped working. Support are not helpful in the slighest saying that it is my theme which is the issue however Loox has been running on this version of my theme for years now.

What we were looking for, it suits our needs. The referral program is very interesting. The rest works as expected.

EDIT: Overall, we’re happy with many aspects of the platform. However, a key limitation is that the photo review discount cannot be conditioned based on the product or category purchased.

Whether a customer buys a low-cost item or a high-ticket product, they receive the same €20 discount. This lack of flexibility creates an imbalance for stores with very different price ranges.

In addition, support hasn’t always fully understood our requests, which has made resolving this issue more difficult. Because of this, we are starting to explore alternative solutions.

Very easy to use. You also have many options to decide where and how to display the widget on your site. The support is very responsive as well. We have a problem showing the rating after updating our theme. After contacting the service, a representative(Rain) helped me out in an hour.
