I've been using Loox for over four years now in my Shopify store. Yesterday, Monday, I noticed a problem: The "View Product" thumbnail in the review didn't redirect me to the product page. Instead, it took me to my homepage. I contacted support (Omer and his team) and in less than 24 hours they had everything working perfectly. Thanks so very much guys, Danilo Salvo, FFD

I love how easy this was to install and use, but I wish the customers didn't have to submit photo reviews to get their % off code. It'd be great if we had the option to not make that mandatory for customers if we didn't want that option. Thanks

At Loox we believe that photo reviews turn visitors into sales substantially more than text-only reviews and, from our research, photo reviews can convert up to 91% more than text-only reviews.
Because of that, we focus on helping our merchants collect more photos and put an emphasis on the visual aspect of reviews.
As a result of this, Loox supports offering a discount in exchange for submitting a photo review only, and not for text-only reviews.
With these various efforts, Loox manages to make 25% of reviews submitted include a photo!
So far so good. The interface is easy to use, customizable and great customer support. It brings the website to a whole new level.
EDIT: After months of using this product, I still receive the same level of support.
EDIT: Leogen was responsive, clear and helped me out.
Used this app to get product reviews along with pictures (landscape and portrait). Love the fact that the app smartly arranges them based on type of image or video. Easy to use and plenty of other functionality, a little pricey but great for shops that need a customized branding and aesthetic.
Edit (Nov. 2nd 2025) - Their customer service doesn't seem to care that some basic features like your hard earned reviews don't integrate well with Google Ads/ shopping. After turning on the feature for a month, had to reach to their CS who casually suggested some updates and said now need to wait for another 4 weeks. Maybe they could've asked to do this from the beginning?

It's a useful app that gathers a lot of social proof. At least that's what we use it for. The customers feel that the products are worth it with so many good reviews. The support is prompt when needed. Sara from support team was recently most helpful in resolving some issues.
I have been using the Loox app for over a year now and it is worth every penny in my opinion. It works so seamlessly and have never had an issue with it.
