Lucky Orange Heatmaps & Replay

This app is incredibly easy to install — it worked perfectly from the very first try. Within minutes, I could see valuable insights into how users interact with my website. The interface is intuitive, and the data is presented in a way that makes it simple to spot patterns and optimize the customer journey.

This app was really quick to get integrated to my site, before having the app I used have an idea what customers liked, but after getting this app I was able to see certain products / styles of products that people did not click into much. Heat map also gave good indication on what pages I should focus on improving.

But in addition, it has lots of other measuring tools and resources that will be beneficial to our small business. The app itself worked fine, but I was really disappointed with the cancellation process. After downgrading to the free plan on their website, I was still charged for another month — something I wasn’t expecting. It turns out I also needed to manually delete the app from our shop to fully stop the charges, which wasn’t clearly communicated. It was a frustrating experience, and I wish the process had been more straightforward.

I highly recommend lucky orange, especially for the heat maps feature as it allowed me to see where my customers and clients are clicking on my website. It is very easy to navigate and user friendly. The other features on the backend were very beneficial and helpful for me and I would highly recommend for other business owners!

This app is great and has many in-depth features. Jordan went through pretty much every aspect of the platform during our 15 minute personalized onboarding call. The recordings & Heatmaps are most helpful in my opinion allowing you to see exactly what customers do or don't do while visiting your site.
