MIDA Replay, Heatmap & Insight

The app is very usefull, the usability is so far the best amongst similar apps. The team answers very fast to all inquiries. Overall very good experince.

I have had a very positive experience with this Mida app. It is easy to install and run. The staff are easy to contact and very responsive in case we need any help or clarifications. Also, we are able to reset the meter once we hit the limit of 400 sessions per month. We just need to contact the helpline and then they help us to reset. Overall, an excellent app that we would recommend to all.

I love this app. It is just what I was looking for and is easy to use. I love that that they started offering new plan options so if your store has a high volume of traffic you are able to record all your visitors. The IP address tracking is an added bonus. I was paying for another app just to get the IP addresses and was able to cancel that app service since this has both recording and IP addresses. Also customer service is so great, June Nguyen has been so helpful with answering any questions I have and when I needed to delete my recording sessions she was so prompt and accommodating.

Overall the app is great. it's free and is easy to use.
I used the app to help me see what customers are doing on my site.
The recordings are great. It's a new app so they'll need to tweak a few things such as easily delete multiple views at the same time. Sort abandoned checkout, successful order , and abandoned cart more easily. Currently you can sort them, but once you click on one, when you go back, you go back to the original non sorted page.
Also if they can show you before hand how long the session was that would be really useful, so that you can ignore anyone who was on the site for 1-10 seconds or however long you deem is not useful for you.
I like the app.

I know this is a new app but they really listen to customers' needs and are ready to develop more expected features. I requested a feature that I want to have a filter function when selecting which sessions I want to replay, like I only want to replay the sessions that have "add to cart" action.

Jena immediately requested to her team as well as submitted this feature to the new features of the app and will notify me the nearest release date. I am very satisfied with her work and handling of the problem. Thank to the BSS team and I really look forward to the new updates from you guys. It's really worth the wait.

Wow, this app is so awesome! I can't believe how detailed the information is on every visitor replay. It helps me so much to understand my customer's behavior and upgrade my website for an even better user experience. The app is easy to set up and the customer support (I had contact with Chloe) is just amazing! I highly recommend this app!

Very nice app, I can now clearly see where visitors drop off and analyse that to improve. The customer service is also great.
