I’ve been using Omnisend for my email automation, and I must say, the platform is really user-friendly. I had a small issue with sending emails after reaching my free usage limit, and Eduarda from the support team was amazing! She walked me through everything step by step and helped me set up the workflow correctly.
Highly recommend it to anyone looking to take their email marketing to the next level!

Omnisend offers everything I need in an email platform for my size of business. The overwhelming difference to other platforms is the personlised customer care. I am extremely fortunate to have Matias as my account manager who is basically like having an additional member of the team. He is always recommending improvements and is extremely hands on in showing me how to use the platform effectively. Well done Omnisend. I would highly recommend.

I can only recommend Omnisend for email marketing. Easy to use and implement, they are continuously adding new features and also offering workshops to make sure I know what's new and industry trends. Tech support is very very good, either the bot or real person. It is a very human company who shows they care about their customers. I am not tech minded and have no problem setting up new pop ups, forms or campaigns. It saves time and make money!

This terrible app and company. I signed up, paid money which will be over $500. My account was hacked and large amount of emails were added to customer list. Spam email went out to over 30,0000 people from my company email. How did it happen?! This can potentially ruin my company!
I cancelled my account immediately and wrote support. The security of their customer's is not top priority. I cannot believe this happened. I will be emailing Shopify to report this

Please note that we identified suspicious activity on your account in a timely manner and took the necessary steps to prevent further issues while also sharing the mitigation measures with you. We found that 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) was not enabled on the account during the incident, which unfortunately made it easier for the suspicious activity to occur. To help strengthen security, we make 2FA available and always recommend that account owners enable it for an added layer of protection.
We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on any digital platform, including Omnisend, to add an essential layer of protection. The security of our customers remains a top priority, and we will continue enhancing safeguards to help protect accounts.
We switched to Omnisend a few months ago and are very happy with it. The app offers features like automated promo codes, push notifications, “spin the wheel” campaigns, customizable forms, and more. Their account specialists guide you, meet with you to discuss performance, suggest new ideas, and help improve results. Support is also very responsive.

We've been using Omnisend now for almost 5 years across 4 brands and we love it! The team (esp Mangirdas) are great - super informative, available and helpful. They genuinely 'get' ecommerce. Super easy app and straight to the point no fluff, wish they had countdown timer widget, but would highly recommend if you are just starting out.

Omnisend is extremely efficient to use, with a highly user-friendly UI and thoughtful design in every operational detail. Their customer service responds online very promptly—typically with a real person addressing our various questions within ten minutes.
