great app. they've really upgraded over the past few years. I feel its right on par with Klaviyo. Best of all, the customer service is outstanding which is why i think it stands above Klaviyo. great features, great service and the pricing tiers are much more affordable for everyone whether your just starting out or an ecommerce vet. The interface is also much more beginner friendly which is why i was drawn to it in the first place.

Omnisend is the best email marketing software I have ever used, its easy of use and compatibility with shopify stores make it a breeze to send those weekly emails and it has fantastic automations to put abandoned carts and customer retention on autopilot. Thank you!

Making the Switch to Omnisend Was the Best Decision
We recently decided to switch to Omnisend, and as beginners, we’re still learning the ropes — but thankfully, they have an amazing support team!
Huge shoutout to Baarath, Hunter, and Mathias — all fantastic people, especially Baarath, who’s been incredibly patient and quick to assist me in building our flow. He replies so fast, understands my questions clearly, and even goes the extra mile by creating Loom videos to guide me step by step.
All in all, Omnisend is an excellent platform backed by a truly outstanding support team. They never make you feel lost or alone — they’re available 24/7, ready to help you figure things out and answer every question with care.

Johnny from customer service was a big help! He helped me step by step with an issue I had until it was resolve! So far, I am satisfy with Omnisend. The free plan includes a lot of things and it's easy to set up and create a workflow and campaign. It's user friendly and I can design it to my liking.

Omnisend makes things so easy.
Setting up email and SMS was super simple, and I like how clean the dashboard is. The automation flows save me time, and I’ve seen way better results since switching. Their support team actually replies fast too, which is rare. Definitely recommend if you want something that just works without the hassle.

I was running into some issues with Shopify Email and found many recommendations to give Omnisend a try. The interface is easy to use and creating campaigns is very straightforward. I had some initial issues with domain verification due to conflicting SPF records but Maria from Omnisend’s support team explained what I had missed in short order and the client was up and running quickly. Very impressed so far.
