ONE: AI, Pop Up, SMS Marketing

I've used this service for years on a different platform. When I switched to Shopify, this was maybe the easiest part of the switch. Set up is a breeze. There was one custom difference between the two platforms that I couldn't figure out. They had it sorted in minutes! The free tier is extremely generous and the upgrades are well worth the price. A++ would ONE+ again!!

Great app, easy to set up. Natalie popped up in the message box which was great to check over everything. She was able to take note of the colours and themes of my website and suggested things such as how to change colours of the pop-ups to match my website theme, how to set up the emails. Very friendly, super fast and very informative and helpful. Very pleased with it.

The app has some very useful features, and the additional plans are very fair priced for the extra functions and value they offer. The service is an experience on its own - they already have the answer ready before I even leave the question - and they will help you with about everything you ask! Conclusion; Incredible app and incredible service, a MUST-HAVE for every shop!!

I love this app! I think it's very user-friendly. I was using the free option for about 6 months and just recently switched over to the paid version and love all the new features I can explore. The customer service is also incredible. I had an issue with the sales pop feature and contacted support through live chat and Angelina solved my issue right away! Thank you so much :D

So far, ONE is easy to work with and has many features that will certainly enhance our site and business. It is clear that the customer support is outstanding and available. So far this app is marvelous! It's been easy to send email blasts to my customers and track analytics of them opening them. And there is a free edition which has been more than efficient for my start up company. I haven't tried the SMS feature yet, but it seems fairly straight forward. Oh and wonderful tech support which is needed for the non tech folk like me. Highly recommend!

I recently discovered this app and had some trouble figuring out some simple fixes, I immediately connected with Naomi who was absolutely amazing! She helped me achieve the design I wanted and was completely welcoming to my questions and was very resourceful! very well put together app and operates well also once you learn the in and outs. I needed some help today with inserting an html image and Maya helped me. I did not even have to go into too much detail as she knew what I was talking about straight away. Maya helped with the image and also did a tutorial video for me so I know what to for next time. This is the best support by far

AMAZING CUSTOME SERVICE! I was trying to set up a spin the wheel and it was my first time so I was struggling until I talked to Kate from the One plus team. It was 2:58am in my time (not sure where she is located) but I can see that customer service is 24hours and this really helps business owners!
