ONE: AI, Pop Up, SMS Marketing

I am using campaigns and with tech support help (Rosy) she assisted me in being able to run campaigns on certain pages of my site using the rules. It is a very easy to use platform and very customisable so it's easy to create on brand popups. Thanks again Rosy!! You were incredible support, helpful, efficient and patient.

This is a rating on customer service. I just got this app to help me with automatic coupon codes. I am not tech savy!! Patricia assisted me through the navigation process... with pictures. That's a big deal for me. Super fun, helpful and patient and I hope I get her again. I will rate again once I see some action the app actually working.

I'm using the email capture popups, visitor counts and recent orders on malinandmizen.com - Hands down some of the best customer support I have ever experienced. Jessica guided me through everything and even helped to provide custom css to completely change a popup. The app itself is easy to use and has great functionality. Highly recommend!!

I used this app initially to promote a specific product with a pop up discount code. I absolutely love how easy it was to set up, and tailor to my branding. Then got really excited when I realised I could target those customers with further info that would benefit them. I’m now exploring email marketing via the app and fully expect it to work just as seamlessly. Customer support is also fantastic!

I was a bit skeptical about this service and did some test broadcasts to small groups with both the Shopify service and ONE. About 70% of those sent via Shopify's service didn't reach their targets whereas most of those sent via ONE did. I also had reason to use ONE's support via chat and they couldn't have been more helpful, polite and patient with me and my stupidity - excellent customer service.

I installed this app to automate some of my emails to customers, like cart recovery and newsletter subscription pop-up. Luckily another solution I wanted is only a few steps away from being available so this is another tick. The support is absolutely amazing with Rosy and Patricia going above and beyond to solve my issues and also making the changes I need directly to my emails. Very happy and highly recommend.

I switched to this app from 2 different ones, seeing as this one does exactly what I needed. After installing and setting up my first campaign, Trish from ONE was right there in the corner to help. She checked out my pop up and made sure I had all necessary boxes checked. I highly recommend this for all your email/sms marketing needs. After a few trial and errors with other apps, I am so grateful to have found this app. 5 stars hands down. It is very easy to navigate. I also cannot say enough about their customer service. They're easily accessible whenever you need help. They're very quick to respond. Kate & Pauline was phenomenal. Not only did Pauline answer all of my questions, she went above and beyond and looked at my settings and gave me other valuable tips and pointers that I am so grateful for.

This app is literally the best app I've ever used on Shopify! It has so many features in one place and is so high quality. The free plan is so wonderful and as much quality as they place into the free version the paid must be out of this world. Customer support is one of the best I've ever encountered. Rosy was beyond helpful, guiding me through every step of the process which helped a start up owner like myself learn the ropes. I cannot express how appreciative I am of their services! They made a fan out of me!

Absolutely would recommend, setup was fast, easy and customizable, without having an overwhelming amount of options. As soon as I published, a real life human - Naomi- messages me with thoughtful feedback and suggestions I hadn't considered before. I felt cared for, human, and thankful for that quick bit of authentic connection. This is day 1 using their service, but I'm definitely impressed so far, especially since I'm on a free plan. I definitely intend to upgrade once I see how my new pop up performs, which I'll be able to using the metrics clearly laid out in the app!
