I used this app to help me set up text and email popup and it was very easy. customer service was very prompt answering messages as I was setting it up. Very user friendly and easy. I have the free budding plan since I am in the process of building up my site but am happy with it so far.
Rosy and her team have been beyond helpful in setting up campaigns and providing screenshots with instructions to make it super easy to use. Rosy even found some opportunities in my own campaign that was about to go live that I didn't catch. Great attention to detail and customer service.
Great app, I used this for a way to capture subscribers, when I set it up wrong and was stuck, Alice from their customer support team was there to help me out. Response to any questions I had she immediately answered, even offered a solution, which was greatly appreciated. 5 out of 5 stars from me.
I was having problems with plug ins on my site and they were there to help and responded in less than 5 minutes. The problem ended up being from another app but they were very helpful and efficient. They also helped me notice that I had put the trigger button over my "contact us" button, which was nice of them.
This app does everything I want and it is super easy to use. Also, their support team has been excellent. Their support team has has been super helpful with the questions and requests I've asked. You can completely customize your pop up and what features you want out of all of them. 100% customizable. Highly recommend!
I had a one-to-one session with Prateek to get clarification on how to navigate and use the app. The customer service is fantastic. They really do go above and beyond to answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable using the tool. So happy to use ONE as it covers a lot of key features that I need for my site.
I am loving this app! It has almost everything I need in one app. Set up is easy and the templates are beautiful. You are able to customize as well. Support is top notch if you need it! I was also able to submit a request for the few features I am looking for (crossing fingers). I look forward to using this app for a long time!

I've tried them all. Nothing comes close to this App and nothing comes close to their online chat support. Knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to engage with. Don't waste your time on others... this is THE ONE !
Mostly user friendly, however, once you start linking other apps & Shopify, editing email and text responses can get a little tricky. Customer service is amazing though! 24/7 chat with a real person, even on the free plan. Rosy set up a new campaign for me and answered all of my questions quickly and easily, at 9 pm on Sunday at that! Highly recommend just for the customer service.
App was easy to use for a simple pop up I wanted to make... what made the experience even better was the low pressure, high quality and EXCELLENT service of Rosy on the online support. No selling, just great suggestions of enhancing what I want with FAST service! Once I get comfortable I will definitely check out the paid services because they can do some awesome things!
