Customer Support is GREAT. I was worked with Rosy. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the different products. She helped me set up the SMS product. I would highly recommend this app for your Shopify store!
Unbelievably helpful support who made everything so smooth and easy!!! I needed something the middle of the night on the busiest night of the year, before Thanksgiving and they were there to help, hand-on!!! My new favorie app.

I am very pleased with the One app and their support. I have had a couple of issues setting it up. Samantha and Rosy quickly answered my question and it was taken care almost immediately. They were both very knowledgable and professional!!!

The app is great. Templates are eye-catching. It's a one stop shop app that does everything. Support was awesome, I wasn't sure on using it, and was getting frustrated. But Samantha helped me through it step by step. She was very patient and helpful.
It is my first day using the app and I have to say I am amazed at the great costumer service. The lady on the live chat helped me with literally everything. From the onboarding process to set up and fix every minimal detail! I'm glad I switch to them <3
Their Customer Support (CS) is phenomenal. I'm surprised by how quickly they reply back, and their (CS) is able to make simple code changes for you. The app integrates with lots of EDM tools and Zapier. The out-of-the-box templates make it easy to get setup.
Love the app. Very helpful for a small business looking to interact and promote directly with customers. Their customer support is A1. I needed some assistance and they walked me through it fast and gave me great tips. All for free . I'm willing to pay after this! Great app
The app is easy to use and not to mentioned how helpful their reps are. Shout to Rissa! She emailed me right away after I launched a campaign and gave me tips and pointers to improve my Pop-Ups. I am amazed at her prompt responses! I have Pop-ups up and running in under an hour!
