Great app, Jacques from OE has been of great help handling all the heavy lifting with getting us up and running. Our staff have found some of the customer self service functions very helpful during peak periods eg invoice printing, address changes etc.
A great app with fantastic support. The revenue we've created form using Order Editing is crazy, and how native it looks on our site is a major reason we love the app so much.
110/10 customer service. Extremely friendly, prompt, kind and helpful. Application is easy once you get the hang of it. But when you need assistance, they're on it right away and respond within the day and usually fix it for you if they have the permissions. Do recommend.
