Order Editing has been a game-changer for our store !
Our customers can now update their order details, add or remove products on their own, without needing support.
Additionally, Order Editing allows us to create a new purchasing flow by suggesting additional products during the editing process.
The app's support team is also responsive, always there to assist us with any request.
Highly recommended !
Right from the first day this app has reduced the workload for our Customer Service team by allowing customers to change their order details. Also great support from Hamish to get us started.
Only reason for giving 4 stars is because the order upsell features could be improved.
