Postscript SMS Marketing

I use PostScript to entice my customers to sign up with their phone and email to get coupons and the latest news about my website. I love how easy it is to integrate and I've had a great experience with their customer support team, shout out to Sylvia Om for her amazing support today and helping walk me through exactly the steps I needed to make sure I was compliant with some new laws and help me optimize my sign-ups. A truly great app and team.

So far so good! I was looking for a full service SMS system and this is it! They have all of the SMS marketing tools already built in and the interface is clean and easy to use. The conversion rate for the various settings, like for when customers first subscribe has been pretty darn good so far too! Also, I used a different platform before and they did not have half these features and charged way more! I can't wait to start sending out campaigns!

We used this app to get a revenue boost for Black Friday, little did we know that 5 months down the road this would be our bigger money-making, and our biggest source of ROI!

Easy install, easy campaign planning, easy segment building, easy automation set up, easy everything!

SMS is the future, responses and click-through rates are through the roof, and the pricing plans are super affordable! We will never leave this company, they absolutey rock!

Just switched over from a previous app and was so nervous to do so because of the time it took me to set up the scripts and integrations with the previous app. But.... BEST DECISION and wish I would have switched sooner! Sylvia with customer service hopped in the chat and helped right away with getting set up - SUPPORT TEAM IS AH-MAZING! After just 15 min into it, I realized how SIMPLE this app is to use and cant wait to continue to grow my text list!

Postscript has been amazing for SMS campaigns. The prices are lower than my last SMS provider, it integrates very well with my email provider, and setting up campaigns is simple. Customer service has been amazing and they even email you a transcript of the chat to keep all of the tools/resources that they've provided! I worked directly with Cailee Rye today and Cailee deserves a raise for the outstanding customer service experience I was provided with.

SO much to love about Postscript. My top 3 would be:
1. The loving team that they have! They have a team that goes out of their way to ensure your growth.
2. How user-friendly their app is! It did not take me that long to learn the fundamentals.
3. It's a NEW fun way to grow your business. SMS is still fairly new! Postscript makes it easier to get the new channel up and running.

Went with this company because they were labeled as the 'underdog', more personable with lower prices. While these are definitely true, they have beyond exceeded my expectations in just less than 1 week! From the detailed onboarding courses and tutorial videos, to the 24 hour customer service to the zoom help calls have all been amazing. The platform to create SMS flows is easy to use and beginner friendly. Can't wait to see my company succeed with SMS!

We are using this app to communicate to a specific group of customers. On a busy Sunday, we needed some help/direction on a few things, so we sent the team a message. They immediately jumped in to help us solve our problems. So refreshing to find a business partner interested in helping your business. I would HIGHLY recommend Postscript. We came from using Attentive over to Postscript and blown away by how much easier it is to use PLUS how truly AMAZING their support is. I feel like I can open a chat and just "talk" with them, the best customer experience I've ever had. And having that support goes a long way! Besides the support, the platform itself is extremely easy to use for beginners or even experts. At this point, I'll be a Postscript fanboy for life!

Insane support from the online chat team member Sean who stayed up all night to get everything I wanted from Postscript up and running. Postscript enabled us to promote a number customers can text for support, rather than just email. We can then forward their response to Gorgias, which our support team then open, reply and close the ticket all in one place, which shoots the customer back a helpful text message. Great platform! Epic support. Highly recommend.
