PreProduct pre‑order

BEWARE!!! There is no option to change or cancel your plan once you subscribe. Support does not respond to your issue about it right away. I would not recommend attempting to use this app.
Edit: They responded to my email right away and it had gone to spam. The only way to cancel my subscription was to uninstall the app which works perfectly for me. I'm not certain how it would work to downgrade.

In my experience using apps in Shopify, rarely does the app completely fit your needs. You may be using other apps that collide with the app or your business model may be unconventional leaving you with an app that doesn’t really work the way you hoped. This can be very frustrating.
This was my situation but I reached to Oli to explain my challenges and he quickly helped solve my issues by slightly adjusting things. Granted, I just started using the app which will provide great value to my customers and I will most likely bump up against other challenges as I discover how to tap the full power of the app but.. knowing that there are actual people who respond quickly and just get stuff done gives me a much welcomed peace of mind. Few things in e-commerce are perfect but it’s how you overcome the obstacles that count in my book. So far, my experience has been extremely positive. Bravo!

Game changer for us. PreProduct has transformed the way our small team is able to manage pre-orders. It’s been a massive operational unlock. The app itself is intuitive, fast to implement, and fits seamlessly into our existing workflows.

Oli’s support has been exceptional. He guided us through a smooth integration that worked with our current fulfillment and inventory processes, and went far beyond standard support by helping us build custom solutions to fit what we were trying to achieve. Even in the short time we've used it, there have been several new features released, so I know it's only going to get more robust.

This app is brilliant and was exactly what we were looking for. I do custom designs for clients, so I needed a way for them to pay a deposit. I messaged Oli, and he set this up so it could go on our landing page. Fantastic customer service.

I had been looking for an app to launch a new product, allowing me to get cash up front to pay for the production as much as possible. This one fit the bill perfectly, the UI is clean and easy and it does the job. Any tweaks I had, were answered fast and resolved by Oli to allow minimum disruption.

Highly recommended this app for new launches.

Would be even better if you could do offers on the pre orders and or choose different variants for more than 1 selection.

This app has enabled us to integrate Shopify preorders with our legacy ERP. The ability to defer charging customers for preordered items until we are ready to ship is an amazing feature. We also love the feature that allows customers to manage their order's preorders themselves. Another great feature of this app is the ability to prevent preorder items from being mixed into carts with non-preorder items. Lastly, the best part of PreProduct is their amazing support!!

Thanks to Oli and his help we have had a seamless integration of our up and coming presale this year. He has been extremely fast to respond to emails and the customer support is well above and beyond most support expectations. The app is exceptionally easy to use and does exactly what we need to make our presale run smoothly and with ease. Thanks again!

We had some unusual and very specific needs which the app did not support. However, the support team was committed to helping us come up with a solution and invested many hours in support. The support team helped us develop a creative solution and we are successfully using the PreProduct to collect deposits for wholesale orders.
