W3 Custom Product Options

Great customer service. I don't have much experience with the app performance yet. However, the customer support has been really great with very quick responses and solutions to my questions. With the free trial and efficient services, it's a no-brainer to at least TRY this app out! Thank you W3trends team!

Had a little trouble with the installation--but it was quickly resolved. Setting up the form with the conditional logic (e.g. if you take the option, then show these fields and add an upcharge) was easy, and it looks great. It just works. Support on the installation was very quick and painless. Well done.

Our products have many additional options which add to the shipping weight ( and thus cost) and this app handles that for us well. Another nice feature are the use of logic/conditions that hide or show additional options based off previous selections. Customer support has been top notch as well. Highly recommend.

We sell tablecloths and needed a way to allow customers to request an umbrella hole be added at extra cost, something Shopify doesn't do. It has been working great and we've seen an increase of umbrella hole sales since we switched to this app. Highly recommended if you offer customization options to your products.

Extremely good service and very helpful as you know most apps always have slight issues and brad helped me Perfect the app for my website free of charge and won a long term customer. Multi currency was no issue with all the added prices and a much cheaper option then the others you cant go wrong here.

I have been using this app now for about a year and it is brilliant. I have an online only store for personalised baby gifts and I am able to tailor the personalisation options to my needs to easily, far better than previous apps I have used. The team is also super responsive and helpful with providing advice. Definitely would recommend.

GOODBYE PRODUCT VARIANTS!!! CPO allowed me to get rid of product variants - which were causing so many issues for my store. The new CPO app is really a game changer - it makes life so much easier for us. Plus, running upgrade product reports are much easier. IF VARIANTS ARE CAUSING YOU PROBLEMS, THIS APP SOLVES IT!!!!!!!! This app is imperative to our operations and works perfectly! With so many different options to add personalization or options to products in such an easy way. Even better than the app... if that is possible; is the customer support. The W3 team is quick to reply, fix issues, build extra functions (at a very reasonable rate) and always go above and beyond!

I've tried other custom product options apps before. This ones suits us best.
It does not wreck themes with too much extra code. Product works perfectly for our purposes, which is adding some customer customization options for extra cost.

Great support that looked into all issues I was having and read my mind in customizing my theme.
