SC Product Options

After my website development team set up some initial rules incorrectly and that was causing losses in revenue, I contacted Bold support to help me figure out how to correct the problematic rules and to create a new rule. They followed through and our product options work the way they were intended to and we are not missing out on revenue due to errors any longer.

I've been using Product Options by Bold for over 5 years. This is a great app and has never failed us. With many variations of products, this app gave us the flexibility to offer hundreds of variations, and is a must for our business. Jeff is right there currently as we're attempting to change from an older, paid theme to a brand new, free 2.0 theme from Shopify.

Great app. I added my options as I wanted them to my products successfully. I even had the option to customize them. The automated installation process didn't work at the beginning ( I believe this was because of my theme), but the support team of BOLD app helped me on that and they had it fixed in less than 12 hours!! The support was excellent. Totally recommended

We've been using Product Options for several years. Had a problem today and worked with Deelen through their handy chat option. Deelen helped me to quickly troubleshoot the issue and got my store back up and running. The customizations offered through the options app are just what we needed to get our orders submitted with the right personalizations for our clients.

I really have to give a huge shout out to Alina! She was awesome in helping me out with my website issues interacting with Bold Product Options. She took the time and patience to explain everything to me and fixed any issues I had promptly! Everything was updated and fixed and I couldn't be happier with the customer service!

Definitely worth the money considering Shopify SUCKS and offers very little as to a true shopping cart system.

Not every bold app is a winner, but Product Options most definitely is! The newest version 2 is the best way to create and customize a multitude of product options while avoiding Shopify's variant limitations. Not to mention the customer service, which has been truly exceptional! Customer Service from Simran and Rony was super quick and easy, thanks for the great support!

We use this app to add a custom monogram on some select products in our collection. Works like a charm and customers love to have their products personalized! Bold Commerce also provides a complimentary install service if you should need. In our case, Michael was very helpful in getting this setup properly because of our custom theme. We use more than one of your products but I'll just talk about product options. We use product options to allow customers to custom order a belt. They can choose to monogram it for a completely custom product. We launched this around father's day and saw a handful of sales from this the first day - contributing to a larger average cart and it paid for itself in the first day!
