Although I don't find the layout and design of the app very intuitive, the support was very good and got there in the end.
Great app. A lot of options that others don't have it. Also, the support is first-class all the way. I have sent them many emails asking for small changes and got them all done in no time. Highly recommended.Quick responds. Always very helpfull.
We needed a bit of help with formatting and the Zepto team sorted it out incredibly quickly. Their support was friendly, fast, and clear — exactly what you want when setting up something this detailed. The app now works perfectly and does exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!
The new interface makes no sense. It’s completely impossible to navigate, and you can’t find the tools that were easily accessible in the old setup. The old one was easier and better.
We needed a lot of help with the personalization of our products, and the support we received was absolutely amazing. The team responded super fast, helped us with everything we needed, and even went the extra mile by custom-coding something for us. Everything works perfectly now, just the way we wanted it.

Very good app to use for live customization. Takes some time to learn how everything works.
Only wish is that if I update a template, it could simply update all items that the template is applied to.
This app does have it's limitations - but the price it right, and it fits most basic customization needs. Most other customization software with live view capability on Shopify are WAAAAY too expensive. This is the best bang for buck you are going to get for this feature on Shopify. In addition, the team behind this app is incredibly responsive when it comes to customer service. That bumps up this app to 5 stars. When you're under the gun, and building something for a client, it's nice to know that the dev team behind the app you are using have your back.
The support team is really bad at solving the problem. They just roam around the bus without a definate answer and at the end just blame everything on the customer. Because of a bug in their software which they took over 6 hours to figure out we lost over 70% of our revenue. I bet any other app developer would have responded us in time and resolved it as soon as possible considering we have been their loyal customer for more than 2 years.

We are deeply sorry for the unfortunate issue that occurred in your store. The cause turned out to be quite complex and rare — something our team had not encountered before. Because of this, our support team first tried solutions related to metafields, which are the most common reason for such issues, but unfortunately, those did not resolve it.
Our team worked continuously until the root cause was identified and the issue was fixed, though we regret it took longer than expected. Please rest assured that we have already implemented safeguards so that this does not happen again for you or any other merchant.
